A wide range of
Massage Therapy Services

Swedish Massage:

Swedish massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation. Some of the benefits include, reduced stress, improved immune system, pain management and increased flexibility.

Deep Tissue Massage:

Designed to remove severe tension, deep tissue massage is a technique used to relieve both muscles and connective tissue below the surface. It helps to improve range of motion and heal injuries below the surface.

Reflexology:

A type of therapeutic massage used to relieve tension and treat illness, based on the theory that there are reflex points on the feet, hands, and head linked to every part of the body. Reflexology applied properly can alleviate allergy symptoms, as well as stress, back pain, and chronic fatigue.

Aromatherpy:

Add on an essential oil to enhance your massage experience. There are probably as many uses for aromatherapy as there are essential oils, but research shows particular promise in relieving stress, stabilizing your mood, improving sleep, pain, and nausea relief, and improving your memory and energy level.

Prenatal Massage:

Studies indicate that massage therapy performed during pregnancy can reduce anxiety, decrease symptoms of depression, relieve muscle aches and joint pains, decrease edema, and improve labor outcomes and newborn health.

The gentle and appropriately adjusted massage is safe for clients who have been diagnosed with a chronic or end stage terminal illness. In fact, massage therapy can support the person throughout all stages of their respective illness.
